Exclusive Jobs
Privacy Policy
Exclusive Products Inc. · Effective date: September 26, 2026
Exclusive Jobs is made by Exclusive Products Inc. for its own employees. It records the custom construction and installation jobs they do at customer locations: what the job is, where, notes, photos and voice memos as the work goes, and when it is done. This policy explains what the app collects, where it goes, and how it is removed. The same text is shown inside the app.
The short version
- The app requires signing in with your Exclusive Products Microsoft work account before anything else appears. We never see your password, and the app cannot create accounts.
- Jobs, notes, photos and voice memos are saved on your phone first and sent to Exclusive Products' own server while you're signed in, so your colleagues and the office can see the same job you do. Nothing is sent while you're signed out.
-
Your company's list of customer location codes
(
C1234and the address it means) is copied to your phone so jobs can be created with no signal. - No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no data sales. Ever.
What we collect and why
Only when you sign in, the app collects:
| Data | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and work email (from your Microsoft sign-in) | Shown in the app and recorded as the author on the jobs and notes you write, so colleagues know who wrote what | Our server, on the records you write |
| Your account ID (a random identifier from Microsoft Entra) | Ties your work to you; decides which entries are yours to delete | Our server |
| The jobs you create and edit: a title, a customer location, an optional reference such as a purchase-order number, an optional description, a status | The record of the work | Our server; visible to colleagues with the job-tracking role and to the office dashboard |
| The notes you write, with the time each was recorded and the time it reached the server | The history of the job | Our server |
| The photos you take or choose for a job, reduced in size | What the work looked like | Our server (private storage); viewable by the same people |
| The voice memos you record on a job (up to ten minutes each), and the transcript and summary your phone makes from them | Saying what you did instead of typing it | Our server, with the entry they belong to |
Camera. Used only when you choose to take a job photo. Choosing existing photos uses the system photo picker, which shows the app only the photos you pick. The app never reads your photo library and never writes to it. Sharing a photo from the app is something you start, through the system share sheet.
Microphone. Used only from the moment you tap Record on a job until you tap Stop, to record a voice memo of up to ten minutes. Nothing is recorded at any other time. A memo you save is sent to our server with the entry it belongs to, so colleagues and the office can play it.
Words made from a memo. Your phone turns a saved memo into a transcript and a short summary using Apple's speech and language models that run on the phone itself (on iPhones that support them). The recording and its words never go to Apple or to any other company for this; they go only to our server, with the memo. Both are labelled in the app as made automatically, and you can correct the transcript yourself.
Location. If you allow it, the app uses your phone's location while the app is open to list the jobs at the site you're at. Your position stays on the phone: it is not stored, not sent to us, and not used for anything else. You can say no, and you can turn it off or on from the Account screen at any time.
Notifications. None.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no ad identifiers, no analytics or crash-reporting kits, no third-party data sharing of any kind. The app talks only to Exclusive Products' own server and to Microsoft, for sign-in.
- We never use your data for tracking across apps or websites.
- Sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and are excluded from iCloud backup. They leave the phone only to sign you in and to send your work to our server.
Customer location codes
Some customer sites have an internal code — like
C1234 — instead of an address people type. The
app keeps a copy of your company's list on your phone so a code
works with no signal. It is your company's reference data, not
information about you, and it is removed from the phone when you
sign out.
Retention and deletion
Jobs, notes, photos and voice memos are business records of the work done and are kept by Exclusive Products Inc. for as long as the business needs them. They are not deleted automatically.
Anything you added by mistake — an entry, or one photo of an entry — you can delete yourself from the app, and it is removed from the server and from every phone and the dashboard. To have your name, email or account ID removed from records, or to ask what is held about you, contact us at the address below; your employer manages your Microsoft account itself, so the app cannot create or delete accounts.
Signing out
Signing out removes the jobs, notes, photos, voice memos and the location list from this phone. Anything you saved that has not been sent yet is kept on the phone, hidden from anyone else who signs in, and sent when you sign in again.
